Our Fees

Our Centre is registered and approved for Child Care Benefits (CCB) and Child Care Rebates (CCR).

There is a one off $ 50 enrolment fee per child, which is payable when a secured position becomes available for your child at Little Kids Academy.

A $ 200 security bond is also to be paid upon enrolment and will be used first if fees fall into arrears or if you leave the centre without issuing the required written fourteen days notice.

Fees are paid fortnightly and in advance.

  • Nursery room for 0 - 2 year olds $ 105 per day
  • Early Learners room for 2 - 3.5 year olds $ 100 per day
  • Prep room for approx. 3.5 - 5 year olds $ 95 per day

Parents are informed of daily fees when enrolling their child into care. Fees are charged according to the child’s room. Parents are advised in writing of any changes to fee charges.

Fees are payable for every day that a child is enrolled, including Public Holidays, and when a child is sick or on holidays. A full daily fee is charged regardless of the number of hours your child attends the centre.

Fees are required to be paid by Cash, Eftpos, Direct Credit (EFT) or by Credit Card (Visa or Master card only). Please note: If you are paying by credit card there is a 2% surcharge as charged by the banks which will be added on to your total. Unfortunately, we can not accept personal or business cheques.

The Childcare centre reserves the right to terminate a child’s position at the centre if parents fail to pay childcare fees. Parents are asked to contact the Director if they have any enquiries or concerns about their account or are having trouble making payments.

Any fees that fall into arrears by more than fourteen (14) days will be subject to an additional $50 fee per week or part thereof, until the debt is cleared. Any third party agencies that are required to be enlisted to chase any bad debt will incur a fee to Little Kids Academy, which in turn, will be passed on to you.

If you wish to terminate your child’s position at the centre, fourteen days written notice is required or fees are to be paid in full in lieu of those days.

Provided all payments are up to date and you have not previously fallen into arrears and had your bond used as a form of payment, your bond will be returned to you on your Child’s last day at the Centre or will be deducted off any remaining fees, whichever you prefer.
